Welcome to Darul Quran Hub. By accessing, browsing, or using our website and online learning services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Offered

Darul Quran Hub provides online Islamic and Quran education services to students worldwide. Our programs are designed for kids, teenagers, adults, and seniors and include, but are not limited to:

Quran Recitation
Noorani / Basic Qaida
Tajweed (Rules & Practical Application)
Quran Memorization (Hifz)
One-to-one live online classes with qualified male and female teachers

All classes are conducted online using video communication platforms.

2. Class Scheduling & Attendance

Students are required to select a fixed class schedule at the time of enrollment.
Any request for rescheduling or changes must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
Classes missed without prior notice will be considered completed and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
In the event of a teacher’s absence or technical issue from our side, Darul Quran Hub will arrange either:
- A makeup class, or
- A qualified substitute teacher

Regular attendance is essential for progress, and parents are responsible for ensuring student availability during scheduled class times.

3. Subscription, Billing & Payments

All fees are charged in advance according to the selected package or subscription plan.
Fees are based on the chosen plan, not on the number of lessons completed or chapters covered.
Payments must be made on time to avoid interruption of services.

Available Discounts:

Quarterly Plan: 10% discount
Half-Yearly Plan: 15% discount
Yearly Plan: 20% discount
Referral Discount: 20% off for one billing cycle

Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

4. Cancellation, Pause & Leave Policy

For cancellation or temporary pause of classes, you must notify us at least 15 days in advance.
If you wish to reserve your assigned teacher and class slot during a leave period, your fees will continue to be charged to secure the slot.
If you choose not to reserve the slot, your previous teacher may not be available upon return, and a different teacher may be assigned based on availability.
No refunds are issued for partial months or unused sessions.

5. Use of Platform & Conduct

By using our services, you agree:

To use the platform only for lawful, educational, and respectful purposes
Not to engage in abusive, offensive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior toward teachers or staff
Not to misuse class recordings, communication tools, or learning materials

Darul Quran Hub maintains a respectful Islamic learning environment and expects the same from all users.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content, course materials, lesson plans, videos, worksheets, and recordings are the exclusive intellectual property of Darul Quran Hub.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any content without prior written permission.
Unauthorized use of our materials may result in legal action.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

Darul Quran Hub reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to services without refund if:

These Terms & Conditions are violated
There is repeated non-payment or late payment
A student or parent engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior
The platform is misused in any manner

Termination decisions are made at our sole discretion to protect our teachers, students, and services.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality and uninterrupted services:

Darul Quran Hub is not responsible for class disruptions caused by internet outages, device issues, power failures, or third-party software problems
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services

Users are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and suitable learning environment.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Darul Quran Hub may revise or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
Continued use of our website or services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
