1. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible to request a refund under the following conditions:
- Early Cancellation:
If you cancel your subscription within three (3) days of attending the first class, you may request a refund. - Teacher Unavailability:
If your assigned teacher is repeatedly unavailable and Darul Quran Hub is unable to provide a suitable replacement within a reasonable time. - Technical Issues from Our Side:
If ongoing technical problems on our platform prevent us from delivering classes as scheduled.
All refund requests are subject to review and approval by Darul Quran Hub management.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Missed classes due to student absence, late arrival, or personal reasons
- Classes that have already been conducted as scheduled
- Any subscription purchased at a discounted rate (Quarterly, Half-Yearly, or Yearly) once the trial period has ended
- If classes have been attended after a new billing cycle has been generated
- Failure to notify cancellation before the next billing date
Please note that partial refunds for unused classes or remaining days in a billing cycle are not provided.
3. Refund Request Procedure

Include the following details in your email:
- Student’s full name
- Registered email address
- Reason for the refund request
- Proof of payment or payment receipt
Our support team will carefully review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.
4. Refund Processing Method
- Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used during registration.
- Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider (PayPal, Stripe, Wise, or bank processing times).
- Darul Quran Hub is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5. Policy Updates
Darul Quran Hub reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
