Darul Quran Hub follows a fair and transparent refund policy.
1. Eligibility for Refund
* You may request a refund in the following cases:
*If you cancel your subscription within 3 days of the first class.
*If a teacher is consistently unavailable and no replacement is offered.
*If a technical issue on our end prevents class delivery.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
*Missed classes due to student absence.
*Classes completed as scheduled.
*Discounted subscriptions (Quarterly, Half-yearly, Yearly) after the trial period ends.
If classes have been taken after the new billing has been generated. Cancellation must be informed before the new billing generation to be eligible for a refund.
3. How to Request a Refund

*Reason for refund
*Payment receipt
Our team will review the request and respond within 5–7 business days.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during registration.
